Every time weʼre in the kitchen we focus on fresh & natural ingredients. We like to adhere to the philosophy of what you see is what you get. The only time we will stray from this idea is if you, the customer, request a special color for your special day, or if the frosting must match the corsage. Sweet cream butter, Philadelphia cream cheese, Hershey’s cocoa, pure white sugar, Napa Valley purees & farm fresh eggs all play a part in the moist cake and light textures. The ultimate goal is for you to say, “Wow, that was the best cupcake Iʼve ever had.” And then, you canʼt stop thinking about how good that cupcake was.
